Free Returns for the EU, USA and Switzerland
If you want to return something, for any reason at all, we will not quibble, argue or even bat an eyelid. You have up to 14 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item in the original condition within 14 days of the receipt of your order, we will refund it, no questions asked.
How to return an item:
- Fill out the return form below and press "submit"
- Put the invoice (or a copy of it) with the item in your shipping bag or a box.
- We offer Free Return Shipping for many countries. Please contact our customer support to get instructions. Otherwise:
- If you are returning an item from a non-European country please also write "return for refund" on the box and declare it as "return for refund" otherwise the German customs office might hold the box and it will take a long time for us to receive the parcel and for you to be refunded.
